Thank you for your patience as we limited our warranty services during Colorado’s Stay at Home Order. We are expecting a high volume of requests as homeowners submit their warranty items that have been accumulating over the past several weeks. We will respond to your request within one week, and it may take 2-4 weeks to complete the request (please note some trade partners’ social distancing policies may result in additional delays).
If your warranty expired between 3/18/2020 and 4/30/2020, you may submit warranty requests up through 5/17/2020 and they will be treated as if they were submitted during the active warranty period.
For any warranty service which requires access to the interior of your home, you will be required to confirm:
- You have no fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, or another sickness, nor has anyone in your home been in contact with anyone having any of these symptoms in the past two weeks.
- Neither you nor anyone in your home has received a test for COVID-19 which has been confirmed as positive in the past two weeks, or for which you do not yet have the results.
- You agree to wear a mask at all times while we are in your home (our technicians will do the same).
